Heat small steel parts, such as quenching, annealing, tempering and other heat treatment. And also can be used for sintering, dissolving and analyzing of the metal and ceramic.
Features:
☆The outer casing is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate and surface sprayed.
☆The unique furnace door design makes the door opening safe and easy, ensuring the high temperature hot air in the furnace will not leak.
☆The furnace is sintered by high-temperature refractory material. Between the furnace and the outer casing, is filled with insulation material.
☆ Silicon carbon rod or silicon molybdenum rod is used as heating element. It can be used with the controller to measure, display and control the temperature to keep the temperature inside the furnace constant.
